By claiming a bonus, you agree to all associated terms and conditions. Any attempt to abuse a bonus may result in account termination.

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is generally 30x to 40x.
• Maximum bet limits apply to wagers placed using bonus funds.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonuses not used within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.

For Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be refunded or otherwise settled in accordance with ZetBet's established policy.

• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the staked amount will be refunded.

• Placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited to ensure the fair operation of the ZetBet platform and to maintain a level playing field for all users. Violations will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false information or using another person's identity.
• Misusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to affect the platform through hacking, malware, or any other technical means.
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
• Placing bets automatically using third-party software or bots.

ZetBet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason. In cases of Terms & Conditions violations in particular, accounts may be terminated without prior notice.

Users may also request to close their account at any time through the support team. Any verified balance (excluding bonuses) can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

• If an account is closed due to a Terms and Conditions violation, any bonus balance will be forfeited.
• If you close your account yourself, any valid balance will be returned to you.
• Responsible Gaming self-exclusion requests take effect within 72 hours.
• Requests to reactivate a closed account can be submitted through the support team.
